  • Ordering

    How quickly will my order be processed?

    All orders will ship within 2 business days if received by 2:00 pm PST. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will ship on the next available business day.

    Please note, during specials and/or promotional events, processing times may increase. We will do our best to get your order processed as soon as possible!

    Can I track my order?

    Definitely! After you receive your order confirmation, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you don’t receive and email, please check your spam folder. You can also reach out to and we will gladly send you an update with tracking.

    What if I need to change my order?

    We try to process each order as soon as we can, but we will always try our best to make necessary changes or adjustments before your order ships. If you want to change or cancel your order, please email and add "CHANGE ORDER NEEDED" in the subject.

    Can I change my shipping address?

    If an incorrect shipping address is provided, please notify us within 1 business day. If your order hasn’t shipped, we will make the change to the correct address. However, if the order is already in transit, we will charge a $15 administration fee to reroute the package.

  • Domestic Shipping

    How much is shipping?

    We offer complimentary shipping for all orders within the United States. Although we are working hard to bring you overnight shipping, we currently do not offer this service.

    When will my order ship?

    All orders will ship within 2 business days if received by 2:00 pm PST after order confirmation. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will ship on the next available business day.

    If there are any issues with your order, our Sed Support Team will contact you via email.

    Please note, during special and/or promotional events, processing times may increase. We will do our best to get your order processed as soon as possible!

    How fast is shipping?

    Depending on where you are located, your package will arrive in 2-6 business days.

    Do you have faster, alternative shipping methods?

    We currently only offer complimentary shipping.

    Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

    No, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

    What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

    Our apologies for that! In this case, please email with your order number and photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We will get this resolved immediately!

  • International Shipping

    Do you offer international shipping?

    Thank you for your interest! Currently we are only able to ship within the United States. Stay tuned for word on our international shipping! We are working on being able to ship around the world.

  • Returns

    How long do I have to return frames?

    All return inquiries must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. After the 10 days, all sales are final and returns and exchanges will not be permitted.

    How do I create a return?

    If you would like to return your new frames, please email us at:

    Follow these instructions to start your returns process:

              1. In your email, please make the email subject your order number like so: "Return Request - Order # _ _ _ _" in the subject line. In the body, please provide the reason for your return request.

              2. Once your return is approved, you will be emailed your return label. Print out your shipping label and attach it to the box. Place the frames, leather case, and cloth in the original box.

              3. Hand your box to the carrier noted on the return label. Be sure to keep your tracking number in a safe place.

    How long does it take to process a return?

    Once we receive your return and confirm the product is not damaged or used please allow 3-4 business days for processing at our facility and between 5-10 business days for your bank to refund your account. Your refund will credit the same card used at the time of purchase. We will send you an email once the return processed and you’re all set!

    Do you accept exchanges?

    We currently do not accept exchanges. At the moment, we only offer returns with full refunds to your account.

  • Warranty

    Our frames are protected under a one year warranty beginning from the original purchase date. Misuse and/or damage are not covered. Warranty covers only manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship.

    To file a warranty, please email with “Warranty” included in your subject line. Proof of purchase, photo of the damage, and original order number is required.

  • Product Care

    To keep your frames in their best condition, we highly recommend the following:

             - Keep your frames in their case and avoid leaving them in the car or warm places, as this can damage the acetate

             - Put your frames in a secure place with the lenses facing up to avoid scratching

             - Remove your pair carefully with both hands to prevent bending of and scratches on the frame

             - To prevent the stretching of your frames, avoid keeping your frames on the top of your head

             - Use your microfiber cloth to clean your lenses and to prevent scratches

  • Lenses + Frame

    Do you have prescription lenses available?

    We are temporarily unable to fulfill your prescription needs. However, this is something we are currently working on as we continue to grow! Stay tuned for updates.

    Can my lenses be customized?

    Each pair has been designed with you in mind and our styles are handcrafted with precision and quality. Each design is specially made and cannot be customized.

    Are your lenses polarized?

    Although we do not carry polarized lenses at the moment, our CR-39 lens are 100% UVA protected and are scratch-resistant. Check back from more announcements for frames featuring polarized lenses!

    What are your frames made from?

    Great question! Our frames are made from cellulose acetate, which is hypoallergenic, renewable, and durable.
